Made for your space
Each The Lost Works print is made to order in the UK. Use this guide to compare image sizes and explore the difference between a mounted frame and an unframed print.
Compare image dimensions and finished frame sizes below. All measurements are in centimetres.
Unframed prints
Unframed prints include a white mount, ready for your choice of frame. The dimensions below refer to the image itself, excluding the surrounding mount. Contact us to confirm the overall mounted size before ordering a frame.

Framed prints — with mount
A white mount creates space between the photograph and its frame. The room preview shows a black frame with mount. Choose from the available finishes on the product page.

Framed prints — full bleed
For a closer, edge-to-edge presentation, select No Mount where available. The frame sits directly around the image without a surrounding white mount.

Dimensions are shown as width × height for this photograph’s orientation. Framed sizes include the outer frame. Dimensions may vary slightly with the crop of each photograph; contact us before planning a precise fit.
The room preview is an approximate visual guide, based on an estimated 180 cm sofa width. Comparing sizes here does not change your product selection.
Shipping & Returns
Shipping & Returns
Every print is made to order, with time taken to produce and finish your chosen piece. Please allow approximately three to four weeks for printing, framing and delivery.
UK Delivery
We offer complimentary delivery on framed and unframed prints to mainland UK. Additional charges may apply to addresses outside mainland UK, trade orders or deliveries that need to be resent after being returned to us.
Please check your delivery address carefully when placing your order. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible so we can help.
International Orders
If you are ordering from Europe or elsewhere outside the UK, please contact us before placing your order to discuss delivery options.
Where possible, we can arrange international delivery of unframed prints, packed in mailing tubes with protective paper. Framed artwork may be shipped internationally by special arrangement.
Additional shipping charges, taxes, customs duties or handling fees may apply. Import charges are payable by the recipient and may need to be settled before delivery.
Production & Delivery Times
We aim to prepare and dispatch orders within three weeks, with delivery usually completed within three to four weeks of ordering. These timings are estimates and may vary depending on production schedules, courier services and, for international orders, customs clearance.
If you need your artwork for a particular date, please get in touch before ordering so we can advise.
Changes to Your Order
If you would like to change your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing it. As every piece is produced to order, changes may become more difficult once production has begun. This request does not affect any statutory cancellation rights.
Returns & Support
We want you to choose your photograph with confidence. If you have questions about sizing, framing or finishes, please contact us before placing your order and we’ll be happy to help.
For cancellation or return enquiries, or if your artwork arrives damaged, faulty or different from what you ordered, please email info@thelostworks.co with your order details so we can assist. Your statutory rights are unaffected.
